A user hash is a unique identifier that each Anyrezon user has on their profile.
You can find your own hash under your profile name and share it with others.
To add someone manually, go to Contacts > Add contact > Enter hash, type in the code exactly as shown, and send the request. The system will then match the code to the correct user securely.
