The extension isn’t connecting to my account — how do I fix it?

First, make sure that you’re logged in to the app and that your authorisation code hasn’t expired. If necessary, generate a new code from your mobile app and enter it in the extension.
If connection issues persist, try restarting your browser, clearing cache and cookies, or disabling conflicting extensions.
